About

Julie Nivert is a fashion stylist and art director working in luxury and beauty. For over fifteen years, she has built visual narratives for editorial, brand and publishing projects — with an eye shaped by colour research and a practice of drawing.
Her approach is intuitive and attentive. She listens before she imagines, and adapts her way of working to each identity she accompanies (a brand, a team, a model, a photographer), so that the image stays true to them and carries a sensitive, embodied presence. Nourished by a visual and artistic culture and a taste for curation, she builds each project from references, images and materials chosen with care.
Alongside her commissioned work, she develops an artistic practice of drawing and painting in her studio. She co-founded Sub(ti)tle, an independent magazine (2021–2023), and also teaches and leads workshops.
